How Do I Pause or Cancel My Membership?

Pausing your membership is easy. There are two simple ways to do this.

 

 

Pausing for One Month

If you need to skip just this month, go to your Account page and click the 'View Drop' link in your Beer Tracker at the top of the page.

 

You will see two options:

Bump me a week - Which will reset your recommendations and move your recommendation date out to the following week. A new preview email will be sent the following Monday.

Skip this month - Selecting this option will skip your upcoming Drop entirely. Your next Drop will be scheduled four weeks out from the Drop date that was skipped.



Pausing for More than One Month


If you are looking to pause for a longer length of time - go to your Account page and click the Manage Plan link found in the Account Information section.

 

On this page you will see options to change your plan. At the bottom of the screen you will find a Pause/Cancel Plan link. Click that link and answer the questions so we can set your account to the appropriate pause length.

 

 

 

 

Canceling Your Membership

If you are looking to cancel your membership entirely - go to your Account page and click the Manage Plan link found in the Account Information section.

 

On this page you will see options to change your plan. At the bottom of the screen you will find a Pause/Cancel Plan link. Click that link and answer the questions so we can set your account to the appropriate status for you.
