I got my tracking link and it hasn't updated in a couple of days, is this lost?

You'll definitely want to reach out to the carrier regarding any tracking or delivery details. Once they pick up from our shipyard, they will have more of an idea about any delays that may happen.

 

If they can't give you an answer and it hasn't updated in about 5-7 business days, please let us know by reaching out via email. and we'll help you get this taken care of.

 

Beer Drop estimates to ship all membership orders and one-off orders placed prior to Tuesday at 6pm EST by the Monday following processing. A shipment email will
be sent to the email address associated with your account when the carrier picks up from our fulfillment center.
 
Both the estimated ship date and a link to Track Shipment can be found in the Beer Tracker on your account page.

 

Additional tracking for the most recent package as well as previous shipments can be found further down the page in the Recent Orders section.

**Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST and our response time is within 24-72 business hours.

 

We work on a first in, first out system and will respond to customers waiting the longest first. Please avoid submitting repeat requests as this does not speed up our response.
